Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING POLICIES
For smaller products, we use standard shipping methods. Larger products require freight curbside delivery. Shipment times are average, but shipments to remote locations, shipments during the winter holiday season, and cases of extreme weather may exceed the estimated shipment times.
For our Standard Shipping, we use a variety of common carriers that provide insurance and tracking. Shipments often need to be signed for, while shipments can also be left at the driver's discretion. Items using standard shipping have several speeds.

Standard Ground Shipping
5-7 business days
Deliveries eligible for Free Shipping will have this option available. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.
Second Day Air
2 business days
The day following the ship day is the first day. For example, an item that ships on Friday (weekends excluded) will arrive on Tuesday.
Standard Overnight
Next business day
Provides next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most addresses, and by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Service days are Monday through Friday only (weekends excluded). This method is ideal for packages that need to be delivered by the end of the next business day.
Freight LTL
3-6 Business Days
For the larger pallet-driven shipments; normally over 150lbs to ensure their safe arrival. All orders are strapped and wrapped to a wooden grade 'A' pallet and conveniently delivered to your residential curb or place of business.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or, need to return unused merchandise, please contact our customer service department via email at Contact@GTHSupply.com or by calling (425) 981-0579.
Returning Unused Products
We can process returns for unused products and offer refunds only for items purchased from GTHSupply.com. To set up a return for unused products purchased online, contact customer service by emailing us at Contact@GTHSupply.com or calling (425) 981-0579 within 30 days from the day your order shipped.
If you are returning a product because WE made an error in your order, we will promptly send you the correct item at no additional cost and we will schedule and pay for return shipping. Please contact our customer service and advise of the incorrect item received.
To receive a refund, please make sure of the following:

All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition

The product must be free from any damages, scratches and/or defects

All merchandise must not have been installed

You must have the original manufacturer packaging for the item (manuals, accessories, packaging materials) and be unopened

There cannot be any writing or labels on the original manufacturer packaging for the item

Packages must be sent back by customer via a traceable source, such as FedEx or UPS. Please do not use USPS

All freight bound equipment must be returned via freight carriers (If you are unsure which method your products should return via please contact us)

All items must be returned with their assigned return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused by our warehouse
If you are returning a product because YOU changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of the returned shipping. All returns associated with our "Free Shipping over $3k" offer will have the original shipping fees that GTHSupply.com incurred in the process of shipping deducted from the refunded amount. For all other orders not associated with our "Free Shipping over $3k" offer, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. You must contact us to file a lost shipment freight claim with the respective shipper. We recommend you retain your tracking number after shipping your product.
